About Heather Costella

Heather Costella brings over 25 years of experience in performing arts, entertainment and entertainment productions.

After a decade working with Princess Cruise Lines and traveling the world, Heather Costella recently relocated back to her hometown of Reno, Nevada to put down roots, be closer to her giant family, and share her professional experience with the talents within this community.

​

At Princess Cruises, Heather was part of the onboard production team as a cast manager and dancer where she performed in shows ranging from classic Broadway style, partner work, and tap to commercial hip-hop, street jazz, and bungee work. Eventually Heather moved into a corporate position as Project Supervisor for Production Show Installs that had her managing, directing, reproducing, and installing the casts and production shows onboard. Throughout her time with Princess, Heather was involved in over thirty different production shows with over thirty-five different casts—a testament to her unique ability to connect with and inspire performers from all backgrounds.

Heather’s time working with such a great number of diverse people has only increased her appreciation for the passion that drives those individuals who choose to pursue a life in performing arts. She believes the magic of creativity is awe-inspiring, and she cannot wait to help cultivate that experience with the NNBA and RBT team for aspiring performers in this community.
